This is a hands-on walkthrough. Set aside 30 minutes, have one product and a few photos ready, and by the end you'll have a live storefront you can share.
Step 1: Create your store (5 min)
Sign up and enter your store name and a short description. Pick your store's web address (your slug) — keep it short and memorable. You can connect a custom domain later.
Step 2: Add your first product (10 min)
Add one product with a descriptive title, a clear price in ringgit, and 3–5 good photos on a clean background. Write a real description that answers the questions buyers ask. Get this one right — it's the template you'll copy for the rest of your catalogue.
Photos matter most
On mobile, your first photo is the whole first impression. Shoot in daylight against a plain background, and make the main image square so it looks good in every grid.
Step 3: Connect payments (5 min)
Enable a payment gateway so you can accept FPX, e-wallets and cards. Have your business registration and bank details ready, since the gateway will ask for them during onboarding.
Step 4: Turn on WhatsApp ordering (2 min)
Add your WhatsApp Business number so buyers can tap to chat or order. This is where a lot of Malaysian sales close, so don't skip it.
Step 5: Set shipping and publish (8 min)

- At least one product with photos and price

- Previewed the store on your phone
